For deliveries within Germany, the standard shipping time is 2 to 4 working days .

If you order several items with different delivery times, they will be shipped in one shipment, with the total delivery time depending on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays; In such cases, delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

We also offer express shipping, which guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days if the order is received before 11 a.m.

As a customer, you have the unrestricted right to cancel your order within a period of exactly 14 days after receipt of the goods, without having to give reasons for this decision.

This gives you the opportunity to examine the products at your leisure and decide whether they meet your expectations. If you decide to make use of your right of withdrawal, a period of another 14 days begins from the time of the declaration of withdrawal. You are requested to return the affected items to us within this time window. Please note that products should be returned in their original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. This helps us process the goods quickly and efficiently and ensures that the process is satisfactory for both parties.
